These terms govern your use of themetisclub.com and any product, workshop or community offered by The Mētis Club, operated by Shivam Shinde, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Our services
The Mētis Club offers educational content on sales and outreach, including a digital playbook (₹999), free live workshops, one-hour 1:1 consulting sessions (₹4,499), and a WhatsApp community. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page.

Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We don't store your card or bank details.

Delivery
Digital products are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, usually within minutes of payment.

Consulting sessions
Sessions are held over video call at a time agreed by email after payment. Advice is based on the information you share and is educational, not a guarantee of results.

Licence and use
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may not resell, share, copy, or redistribute any of our materials without written permission.

Workshops and community
Workshop recordings and community content are for members only. We may remove anyone from the community for spam, abuse, or sharing paid material.

No guarantee of results
Our content is educational. Outcomes such as reply rates or meetings booked depend on your own effort, offer and market, and are not guaranteed.

Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, frameworks, designs and the Mētis Club name and logo, belongs to The Mētis Club.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
