Shipping & Delivery Policy

The Mētis Club sells digital products and online services only. Nothing is shipped physically.

Digital products

The LinkedIn Outreach Playbook is delivered as a digital file (PDF) to the email address you enter at checkout, usually within minutes and always within 24 hours of successful payment.

Consulting sessions

After you pay for a 1:1 consulting session, we email you within 1 working day to schedule it. Sessions are held online over video call.

Workshops

Free workshops are held online. The joining link is shared by email and in our WhatsApp community before the session.

Shipping charges

There are no shipping or delivery charges. We do not ship physical goods.

Delivery issues

If you have not received your product or session confirmation within 24 hours of payment, check your spam folder, then email themetisclub@gmail.com with your payment ID and we will resolve it.
