Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital products (the LinkedIn Outreach Playbook, ₹999)

Our products, including the LinkedIn Outreach Playbook, are digital and delivered instantly by email after successful payment. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered.

Non-delivery or faulty files

If you don't receive your product within 24 hours of payment, or the file is damaged or inaccessible, email themetisclub@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID. We'll resend the product or, if we can't resolve it, issue a full refund.

Duplicate payments

If you were charged more than once for the same order, we'll refund the duplicate amount in full.

Workshops

Our live workshops are free, so no payment or refund applies.

1:1 Consulting (₹4,499 per session)

You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session. Cancel more than 24 hours before and you'll get a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, are not refundable. If we have to cancel, you'll get a full refund or a new slot of your choice.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay.
